Led and organized a 20-person crew on a multi-city music tour for a German influencer and artists. Took ownership of venue communications, negotiated availabilities, and aligned the full tour schedule across artists, management, and production teams.
Coordinated logistics end-to-end—transport, accommodation, equipment, backstage operations—and implemented clear workflows for load-in, soundcheck, and changeovers.
